This Tribute is supporting Dementia UK, Cure Leukaemia and Khalsa Aid International. If you want to help please make a Donation or consider creating a Fundraising Event. I recently lost my great grandmother to leukaemia and after seeing all the good work the charity does and how it supports patients diagnosed with leukaemia I felt I must include it in this fundraiser. The donations given to DementiaUK help dementia patients access nurses to help them. After seeing firsthand, how important and helpful these nurses are I believe every dementia patient should be able to gain access to them. Khalsa Aid is a global charity which helps millions of people all across the globe. I hold all three of these charities very close to my heart, any donations would help - even a little goes a long way.
